Dior Skin, Nude- Review!

Hey guys! I haven't done a review in a long while so i thought since i've been trying out a few different things recently, it was time for a review! This time i'm doing a review of the Dior Skin, Nude foundation! I bought this recently while in Paris and i've been trying it out for the past few weeks, so it's time for a review!
Enjoy!
*DISCLAIMER* i'm not claiming to know a lot about make-up and what i say about this product is not a professional review! This is just my personal view on this product, so just don't take this too seriously

Firstly, price. I bought mine while i was in Paris and i had some spare euros left and i paid €38 and the price in the UK is £32 from Boots (i'm not sure about prices from anywhere else). So it's not the cheapest of foundations but if you're willing to splurge then i'd go for it! It's available from most beauty stores, and other websites such as feelunique.com (fyi it's free shipping over £10!)
The packaging is just gorgeous too! The box is so elegant and the bottle is just to classy as you'd expect from any Dior product!
Seriously, look at this, it's beautiful! As you can see it doesn't look like i've actually used any but that's just how this foundation works, you barely need any of it to make a difference!

I have the colour 010 Ivory. The coverage of
this foundation is a medium-full coverage and you don't need a lot to make a big difference which is great if you're wanting to get your money's worth out of it. The foundation goes on really well, with and without a primer and it has a silky feeling, which i love! If you've got a lot of redness or any blemishes this foundation is really good for that, as it was a silky finish so it doesn't look too matte but at the same time giving a full coverage look. However, you still will need the odd bit of concealer here and there, under the eyes, any larger blemishes for example, but that's a given for most foundations, even high end. This foundation also has SPF 15 in it as well so it's good for the summer as well, and it's always good to have a little bit of SPF in a foundation anyway.

Here is a photo of the foundation on my face (obviously... and i apologise for my awkward "make-up face")
My other make-up is: i have done my eye-brows with Soap and Glory archery brow pen, on my eyes is the MAC paint pot in the colour chilled on ice, which is a beautiful champagne colour, L'oreal so couture eye liner, i've contoured with the Bourjois chocolate bronzer, blush is Soap and Glory love at first blush and on my lips is Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick in the colour 107

TADA! Here is my face with my full face of make-up on! This foundation is even good on camera which i also love, it's nice to have a foundation that doesn't totally "wash you out" when taking photos. Now, i'm aware that i'm pretty darn pale so the camera doesn't totally do the foundation justice, but trust me!

Overall, i love this foundation, for the price i think you will definitely get your money's worth out of it if you're willing to splurge just a bit, or even ask for it for christmas or a birthday! £32 is not too pricey for a Dior foundation and a darn good at that, so go on! If you're one that doesn't particularly like a full coverage foundation possible a BB cream or a light coverage foundation might be more up your street rather than something like this.
But if you're willing to splurge a little this foundation is a must, it will last you a long time, you get a full coverage and it applies beautifully!

Hope you enjoyed this blog post! Have you tried this foundation, did you like it? If not, will you be purchasing it? If you didn't like it, tell me why!
Thanks!
